TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders: Our minimum order charge is $100.00 with shipping costs charged extra. Plastics for Games full conditions of contract can be obtained by emailing our sales office.
Prices: On the U.S. pages of our website the prices are in U.S. Dollars per thousand and may be amended without prior notice.
Payment: Terms for standard components are cash against Proforma invoice. Amex, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Card details should be telephoned or faxed to us, not sent by Email. Where a credit account has been authorised the settlement terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. Terms for special moulds,dies and jigs are either 100% or 50% with the order dependent upon the circumstances and for any balance settlement is strictly payable within 7 days of sample approval.
Delivery: All delivery dates quoted are estimates only, although all efforts will be made to comply with customers requirements.
Shortages: Loss or damage in transit must be notified to Plastics for Games Ltd and the carrier within seven days of despatch. Shortages and defects must be notified to Plastics for Games Ltd within seven days of delivery. Replacements will be supplied or credit issued for shortages and defects at the discretion of Plastics for Games Ltd, no liability will be accepted for any other losses arising from shortage or defects.
Retention of Title: All goods supplied shall remain the property of Plastics for Games Ltd until payment has been received in full.
